We specialise in the centre of Bristol (BS1, BS2 and Harbourside areas), but are well-placed to offer a comprehensive, hands on service to landlords across the Greater Bristol area (BS postcodes).
We rent and manage property portfolios of between 1 and 50 properties.
We are independent, providing a personal service and respond to your enquires within a fast time frame. Our fee structure is simple and we can provide help and advice that is easy to comprehend – no marketing speech or hidden extras involved.
We have lower overheads which enable us to pass on our savings to you – increasing your rental yield.
We were established ourselves in 2012 as a Bristol lettings agency, becoming a Limited company in 2015.
